Giants Add Former Pro Bowl LB/DE Conor Barwin
The Giants have agreed to terms with LB/DE Conor Barwin. After trading away Jpp earlier in the offseason. The pass rush has been a major concern. Olivier Vernon was the only proven pass rusher on the team. This signing should help the pass rush immediately as Conor Barwin has had at least 5 sacks in each of his last 6 seasons.
Behind Olivier Vernon, Conor Barwin and Kareem Martin are a bunch of unproven rookies that will need to step up and have an impact. Specifically, Lorenzo Carter the 3rd round pick speed rusher.
